This house is ideal for those with a larger family or two couples holidaying together.
Built in 1741, a stay in this large house is a unique way to experience historic France. Named after the traditional sailing vessels that used to be a regular sight in the charming village of Sauzon, this picturesque and distinctive harbour front property is one of the oldest houses in the village.
Located right at the end of the street and just a few metres from the water, this is the only house in the Commune that can offer views of both sides of the harbour. There is a choice of restaurants and crêperies on your doorstep, while the well equipped kitchen is available for those who prefer to eat at home.
The house consists of two self-contained apartments spread over four floors, each with its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom, they share only a stairway. This is an ideal property for two couples holidaying together, or for those who want to give their children a little more independence and space.
